Murrumbateman Wines: Sauvignon Blanc

Dry ripening conditions this vintage resulted in low yields, with excellent fruit quality. This wine has been handmade with a marriage of fruit from our 30 year old Sauvignon Blanc vines and 7 year old grafted vines and has resulted in an outstanding wine with abundant tropical fruit characters on the nose, with full, soft mouthfeel and a lingering herbaceous finish. A classic cool climate Sauvignon Blanc.
